Join Saloshnie as she takes you through the simple practice that enabled her to overcome stress and anxiety and continues to assist her in managing depression. You can expect to leave Saloshnies sessions with tangible tools to help you cope with difficult situations. You will learn the basics of a home yoga practice, including asana (poses), pranayama (breathing) and meditation. You will start to identify some of your limiting thought patterns and behaviours. Saloshnie will also guide you through some of the science behind how yoga effects the brain and begin to open your consciousness to explore the beauty of our existence.
